MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Alameda County Fairgrounds - Cafeteria <br />Pleasanton Avenue <br />Wednesday, May 20, 1981 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:40pm by Chairperson DeWitt Wilson. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Joyce Getty, Larry Lindsey and Chairperson Wilson <br />Commissioners Absent: Gregg Doherty (out of town) <br />William Jamieson (ill) <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Robert L. Warnick, <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br />Brian W. Swift, Assistant City Attorney; and <br />Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />Council Member Present: Karin Mohr <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />There were no minutes submitted for approval. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR MEMBERS OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION <br />No one a ressed the Planning Commission. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris explained that with Commissioners Doherty and Jamieson absent <br />and Chairperson Wilson abstaining with relationship to case PUD(HPD)- <br />80-12, application of Castlewood Properties, Inc. there would not be <br />a quorum to consider this application and suggested that this matter <br />be continued to May 27, 1981, City Hall, 200 Bernal Avenue for consider- <br />action. <br />Chairperson Wilson then declared the public hearing opened on case <br />PUD-80-12 and continued this case to May 27, 1981, 6:OOpm, City Hall, <br />200 Bernal Avenue. <br />Commissioner Getty made mention of a letter received by her from Bob <br />Allen of BART. She said they asked for some kind of direction of the <br />Planning Commission. It was agreed that this matter would be discussed <br />on May 27, 1981 between considering the request for PUD amendment and <br />case PUD-80-12 as time permits. <br />
