MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Civic Center <br />200 Bernal Avenue <br />Pleasanton, California <br />Wednesday, May 27, 1981 <br />5:00 pm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was reconvened at 5:00 pm, May 27, 1981 by Chairperson DeWitt <br />Wilson from the continued meeting of Wednesday, May 20, 1981. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Lindsey and <br />Chairperson Wilson <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Robert L. Warnick, Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities; Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning <br />and Community Development, Brian W. Swift, Assistant <br />City Attorney; Shirley McDougall, Secretary <br />Council Members Present: Karin Mohr <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />There were no minutes submitted for approval. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />No one addressed the Commission. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />There were none. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY THE COMMISSION- MEMBERS <br />There were none. <br />OLD BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARINGS (Continued from 5/20/81) <br />CPS & Associates, Modification to Case PUD-80-1 <br />App ication o CPS & Associates or a mo i ication to case PUD-80-1, a <br />planned unit development for an industrial park on the 69 acre parcel <br />located on the south side of Valley Avenue immediately easterly of the <br />residences on Kolln Street. <br />Mr. Harris explained the request for a modification to the approved planned <br />unit development, that the staff approved it subject to a 20 day appeal period <br />of the residents in the area, Planning Commission of City Council.
