A negative declaration of environmental impacts was also <br />considered. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report. <br />Commissioner Jamieson asked if the multiple-single-family ratio would <br />increase with approval of this application. Mr. Harris said it would <br />but that very seldom does any high density have the full percentage of <br />multiples allowed. <br />Commissioner Wilson wanted to know the outcome of the Council decision <br />on the general plan amendments and whether or not any ground was lost <br />with relationship to proposed multiples. <br />Commissioner Wilson said he has no problem with 28~ vs 25~ multiples. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Robert Hannon representing Mr. Corrie stated he concurs with the staff <br />report. <br />Dennis Hammett, owner of the property next to the project site stated Ye <br />was against the project because of traffic problems. He stated that <br />Longs Drug Store was turned down because of traffic.
