The plans were brougi~.b~~ore the Commission and discussed in detail. <br />Commissioner Jamieson was opposed to granting the modification <br />because the developers knew the conditions and designed the <br />building closer anyway. The other Commissioners felt that <br />because of the design of the buildings the closer setback could <br />be allowed, but made it clear that this was not to occur again. <br />Commissioner Lindsey moved to approve the modification subject to <br />conditions in staff report and changing condition 1 to include the <br />addition of 30 ft. setbacl: between buildings A and B. Commissioner <br />Wilson seconded the motion.
