The <br />applicant is requesting that four of the buildings be as little <br />as 30 ft. apart. <br />The public ,hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Tom Terrill appeared for Reynolds and Brown and presented a <br />drawing showing the design of the building and the reason for the <br />requested 30 ft. He agreed with the staff report recommendations, <br />but made one clarification indicating the 30 ft. setback should <br />be between buildings A and B in addition to B and C and D and C. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />-16- <br />
