Commissioner Doherty moved, Commissioner Wilson seconded, to approve <br />case PUD-81-15 subject to the 34 conditions in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Resolution No. 2032 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of Case PUD-81-15. <br />UP-81-14, Amador Valle Savin s & Loan Association <br />App ication o Ama or Va ey Savings & Loan Asso~i ation for a use <br />permit to allow a savings and loan facility to locate in a new <br />two-story building at 235 Main Street. The property is zoned <br />C-C/C-0 (Central Commercial, Civic Overlay) District. <br />Mr. Harris reviewed the staff report. <br />The public hearing was opened and as there were no comments from <br />the audience was closed immediately. <br />Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Doherty, moved to <br />approve the use permit to allow a savings and loan facility to <br />locate in a new two-story building at 235 Main Street. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, <br />Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson, and <br />Resolution No. 2033 was entered and adopted approving Case UP-81-14. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />Minor Modification to case PUD-80-14, Re nolds & Brown <br />Tie esign o the first five ui ings o t e Reyno ds & Brown <br />project requires a 40 ft. separation between buildings. The <br />applicant is requesting that four of the buildings be as little <br />as 30 ft. apart. <br />The public ,hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Tom Terrill appeared for Reynolds and Brown and presented a <br />drawing showing the design of the building and the reason for the <br />requested 30 ft. He agreed with the staff report recommendations, <br />but made one clarification indicating the 30 ft. setback should <br />be between buildings A and B in addition to B and C and D and C. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />-16- <br />
