MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />Cultural Arts Building <br />Wednesday, July 15, 1981 <br />7:30 p.m. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairperson Joyce <br />Getty. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Robert L. Warnick, <br />Director of Public GJorks and Utilities; <br />Brian W. Swift, Assistant City Attorney; and <br />Peggy Ezidro, Acting Recording Secretary <br />Councilmember Present: None <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes o the May 20, 1981, May 27, 1981, June 10, 1981, and <br />June 17, 1981, meetings were approved as submitted with the follow1_ng <br />change <br />Commissioner Jamieson requested a change in the vote on PUD(HPD)-80-12. <br />He said he had voted in favor of the negative declaration, but had <br />voted against the development. <br />F~iEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION <br />No one addressed the Commission. <br />REVISIONS AND OP~ISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Item c, consi eration o PUD- - was continued to the next <br />meeting on August 12, 1981. <br />Because Dr. Gach was on call with no one to relieve him, he requested <br />item 6f be heard first. The Commission agreed. <br />MATTERS IPdITIATED BY THE COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Jamieson spoke regar ing a etter from Mr. Caroline <br />attaching a clipping regarding a Newark regulation on low cost <br />housing.
