UP-81-19, Blackwell Homes Application of Blackwell Homes for a conditional use permit to allow the establishment of a model home/sales office on an approximately 7,500 sq. ft. parcel, to be located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Monaco Drive and Monaco Court. The property is zoned PUD-Medium Density Residential (Planned Unit Development) District. Mr. Harris reviewed the staff report and recommendation of approval. The public hearing was opened. Dan Blackwell, representing Blackwell Homes, concurred with the staff report and conditions imposed thereon. The public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner Jamieson that all findings can be made and case UP-81-19 be approved subject to the conditions shown in the staff report of 8/12/81 to the Commission. ROLL CALL VOTE Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairperson Getty Noes: None Resolution No. 2054 was then entered and adopted approving case UP-81-19 for Blackwell Homes as motioned. UP-81-21, Pacific Tele hone Company Application of Pacific Telephone Company for a conditional use permit to allow the expansion of an existing telephone equipment building located at 120 Ray Street. The property is zoned C-C (Central Commer- cial) District. Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval. The public hearing was opened. J. Jack Bras, 90 Mission Drive, spoke representing Pacific Telephone. He stated they concurred with the staff report. The public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner . Wilson, that findings shown in the staff report can be made and that case UP-81-21 be approved subject to the conditions shown thereon.
