MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />Alameda County Fairgrounds <br />Cafeteria <br />Pleasanton Avenue <br />Wednesday, August 12, 1981 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairperson Joyce Getty. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Gregg Doherty, William Jamieson, Larry Lindsey, <br />DeWitt Wilson and Joyce Getty, Chairperson <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Robert L. Warnick, <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br />Brian W. Swift, Assistant City Attorney; and <br />Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />Council Member Present: Karin Mohr <br />MINUTES <br />The minutes of the July 15, 1981 meeting were approved as submitted. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris announced t e ollowing changes: <br />5b, PUD-81-13, Rheem Investments <br />Application withdrawn by applicant <br />5d, GP-80-2, Reynold C. Johnson <br />Continued until further notice <br />6g, Z-81-66, Amador Valle Savings & Loan <br />Continue unti 9 16 81 for completion of plans <br />3a, V-81-13, Norma Grey & Louisa Glaser <br />Public hearing should be opened and the matter continued <br />until 8/13/81 for the Board of Adjustment meeting because <br />it was continued in July until August 12, but the Board <br />of Adjustment will meet instead on the 13th. <br />As Chairperson of the Board of Adjustment, Larry Lindsey declared the <br />public hearing opened on case V-81-13. Commissioner Doherty moved to <br />continue the matter to 8/13/81, 7:30 p.m. Alameda County Fairgrounds. <br />His motion was seconded by Commissioner Jamieson and carried 3-0 to <br />continue case V-81-13 as stated. <br />
