ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Wilson <br />Resolution No. 2071 was then entered and adopted approving the negative <br />declaration for case UP-81-18. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey, that all required findings (as shown in the staff report <br />dated 9/16/81) are made and that case UP-81-18 be approved subject <br />to the conditions shown in that staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey and Chairperson Getty <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Wilson <br />Resolution No. 2072 was then entered and adopted approving case <br />UP-81-18 as motioned. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />Peters Avenue Land Use Study <br />This matter was continued until the 10/14/81 meeting. <br />TENTATIVE MAPS <br />There were none. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were none. <br />REFERRALS FROM ALAMEDA COUNTY, CTTY COUNChL OR THE PARK ATJD RECREATION <br />COMMISSION <br />There were none. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:5 p.m. <br />by Chairperson Joyce Getty. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />~,~~ " <br />Robert J.
