CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m, by Chairperson Joyce Getty. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Gregg Doherty, Bill Jamieson, Larry Lindsey, DeWitt Wilson and Joyce Getty, Chairperson Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and Community Development; Robert L. Warnick, Director of Public Works and Utilities; Brian W. Swift, Assistant City Attorney; and Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary Council Member Present: Karin Mohr APPROVAL OF MINUTES The minutes of the 9/16/81 Planning Commission meeting were approved as revised. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA , Mr. Harris reported that the proponents of case PUD-81-23, Thomas J. Orloff application have requested that this matter be continued until November 18, 1981.
