Wilson <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Robert L. Warnick, <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br />Brian W. Swift, Assistant City Attorney; and <br />Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />Council Members Present: None <br />REVISIOIJS AND OMISSIONS TO 'THE' AGENDA <br />There were none. <br />REPORT ON CITY COUNCIL ACTIONS <br />No report was given. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY THE COMMISSIOTd MEMBERS <br />There were none. <br />Chairperson Joyce Getty stated that this meeting is a continuation <br />from October 28, 1981. <br />Mr. Harris stated that the City Council has requested the attendance <br />of the Planning Commission on November 9, 1981, Alameda County <br />Fairgrounds at 8:00 p.m. to hear a presentation and review of the <br />north Pleasanton Assessment District; and on Monday, November 16, <br />1981, Alameda County Fairgrounds at 8:00 p.m. to hear the review of <br />Prudential Insurance Company's preliminary plans for their Hopyard <br />Road property and further that the City Council would like Planning <br />Commission input on RAP. Mr. Harris asked that the Commission con- <br />sider reviewing this matter at a special meeting on either November <br />3 or 4. <br />After discussion, the RAP review meeting was scheduled for November 4, <br />1981, 4:00 p.m., Civic Center Conference Room. <br />.__, .r _._ ._ _. <br />
