After discussion of the Commissioners, a motion was made by Commissioner <br />Getty, seconded by Commissioner Jamieson, that County Road No. 7794 be <br />vacated (the easterly 2000 feet) but that the portion of Mohr Avenue <br />between Martin Avenue and the eastern boundary of the Busch property <br />should not be vacated as recommended by the County Road Department. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson and <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Wilson <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No, 2263 was entered and adopted as motioned for County <br />Road No, 7794, as referred to the City of Pleasanton by the County <br />of Alameda. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S INFORMATION <br />Report on City Council Actions <br />Mr, Harris indicated the Halverson-Juhl property on Valley Avenue is <br />now being proposed for PUD-High Density Residential zoning based <br />on a PUD submittal by the same developers who are developing right <br />across the street. <br />Commissioner Doherty then asked the status of Hacienda Business <br />Park. Mr. Swift then brought the Commission up to date on this <br />matter. <br />Commissioner Doherty asked if any efforts are being made to identify <br />the people belonging to the Citizens for Balanced Growth, Mr, Swift <br />indicated that it probably consists of the people who have been <br />visually active in this matter, <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, the Planning Commission meeting <br />was adjourned at 10:05 p.m, by Chairperson Larry Lindsey. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />c <br />Robert J.
