Tract 4827, Chang Su-O Lin <br />Application of Chang Su-O Lin for an extension of tentative tract <br />approval to subdivide a 26,4± acre parcel into 86 lots. The site <br />is located between Mohr Avenue and the Southern Pacific Railroad <br />tracks, south of the Arroyo Mocho, The Sutter Gate Avenue extension <br />traverses the property, Zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single- <br />Family Residential) District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of a one <br />year extension on Tract 4827, <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Ted C. Fairfield, Consulting Engineer, Pleasanton, represented <br />Chang Su-O Lin. He indicated 86 houses will be built and the appli- <br />cant wants to make sure that the map doesn't expire prior to <br />development, <br />The public hearing was closed, <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jamieson, seconded by Commissioner <br />Getty, that a one year extension be recommended for approval as <br />requested by Chang Su-O Lin for Tract 4827, <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson and <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Wilson <br />Abstain: None <br />Resolution No. 2262 was then entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of a one year extension for Tract 4827, Chang Su-0 Lin. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no communications, <br />REFERRALS <br />Mr. Harris presented the referral from Alameda County regarding the <br />request of Kaiser Sand and Gravel for the vacating of the eastern <br />portion of Mohr Avenue (east of the eastern property line of the <br />Busch property). He indicated that the County suggested that the <br />portion of Mohr Avenue between Martin Avenue and the eastern boundary <br />of the Busch property should be vacated at this time, Mr. Harris <br />indicated that both he and Mr. Warnick have discussed this matter, <br />and that William Gale, who represents the Busch family, is also <br />interested. He indicated that the portion of Mohr between Martin <br />Avenue and the eastern Busch property line should remain a County <br />Road. He indicated that the City staff feels that when the Busch <br />land develops it might be good to have as a public street in that <br />area because of the future street pattern for the area, <br />-14- <br />
