MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, January 12, 1983 <br />8:00 P.M, <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:45 P.M. by Chairperson Larry <br />Lindsey, <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Gregg Doherty, Joyce Getty, William Jamieson <br />and Larry Lindsey, Chairperson <br />Commissioner Absent: DeWitt C. Wilson <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Robert L. Warnick, <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br />Brian W. Swift, Assistant City Attorney; and <br />Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />Council Members Present: Karin Mohr <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the 12/8/82 Planning Commission meeting were approved <br />as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION <br />No one a~c.c~ressed the Commission. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris reported that Item 6d for case PUD-79-13 and PUD-80-13 <br />requesting modifications to their conditions of approval should be <br />continued to 1/26/83, 7:45 p,m., City Council Chambers to allow the <br />developer more time to work on their proposal and that Item 7a <br />regarding newspaper dispensers should also be continued to 1/26/83 <br />with Item 8a being continued indefinitely at the request of the <br />Engineer on the project. He indicated that he would like to add a <br />County Referral to the agenda regarding the vacating of Mohr Avenue <br />per the letter distributed to the Commissioners at the beginning of <br />the meeting, <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEP~iBERS <br />Commissioner Getty announced the forthcoming Planning Commissioners' <br />Institute. <br />Commissioner Jamieson indicated he would like to offer a challenge to <br />Mayor Turner, Livermore, to do something about the Mirauders from <br />Livermore trying to spoil the Hacienda Business Park in Pleasanton, <br />
