MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California City Council Chambers 200 Bernal Avenue Wednesday, January 12, 1983 8:00 P.M, CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 8:45 P.M. by Chairperson Larry Lindsey, The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Gregg Doherty, Joyce Getty, William Jamieson and Larry Lindsey, Chairperson Commissioner Absent: DeWitt C. Wilson Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and Community Development; Robert L. Warnick, Director of Public Works and Utilities; Brian W. Swift, Assistant City Attorney; and Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary Council Members Present: Karin Mohr APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Minutes of the 12/8/82 Planning Commission meeting were approved as submitted. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE PLANNING COMMISSION No one a~c.c~ressed the Commission. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA Mr. Harris reported that Item 6d for case PUD-79-13 and PUD-80-13 requesting modifications to their conditions of approval should be continued to 1/26/83, 7:45 p,m., City Council Chambers to allow the developer more time to work on their proposal and that Item 7a regarding newspaper dispensers should also be continued to 1/26/83 with Item 8a being continued indefinitely at the request of the Engineer on the project. He indicated that he would like to add a County Referral to the agenda regarding the vacating of Mohr Avenue per the letter distributed to the Commissioners at the beginning of the meeting, MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEP~iBERS Commissioner Getty announced the forthcoming Planning Commissioners' Institute. Commissioner Jamieson indicated he would like to offer a challenge to Mayor Turner, Livermore, to do something about the Mirauders from Livermore trying to spoil the Hacienda Business Park in Pleasanton,
