Commissioner Getty indicated that landscaping can cover up <br />soundwalls. Commissioner Wilson felt that graffiti would <br />be a continuing problem and that one example is the soundwall <br />on Stoneridge Drive which has been in existence for one year <br />with no defacing. Commissioner Wilson responded that once it <br />starts, it never stops. <br />Mr. Warnick stated that the developer will have to clean up <br />the wall before the City will accept it and that it will be <br />sandblasted and a coating material applied for future easy <br />cleaning. <br />Valley Avenue to Stanley Boulevard <br />Commissioner Wilson asked that status of this project. <br />Mr. Warnick indicated the City is anxious to pursue this matter <br />but it is a matter of money and PUC permits. He said it also <br />involves Western Pacific Railroad and they would like a grade <br />separation which costs about $14,000,000 and that an assessment <br />district is one proposal. <br />TENTATIVE MAPS <br />Tentative Map Tract 5129, First Pleasanton Investors <br />Application of First Pleasanton Investors to subdivide an <br />approximately 27 acre site into 49 parcels with an average <br />parcel size of 7,500 sq. ft. and a remainder of approximately <br />15 acres located on the south by the Arroyo Mocho.
