MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, February 9, 1983 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of February 9, 1983 was called <br />to order at 8:06pm by Chairperson Larry Lindsey. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioner Present: Gregg Doherty, Joyce Getty, Bill Jamieson, <br />Dewitt Wilson and Chairperson Larry Lindsey <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Robert L, Warnick, <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br />Brian W. Swift, Assistant City Attorney; <br />and Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />Council Members Present: None <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the 1/26/83 Planning Commission meeting were <br />approved as submitted. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />There were none, <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Chairperson Lindsey introduced and welcomed Al Arrigoni who <br />has recently been assigned as alternate Planning Commission <br />member by the City Council. Commissioner Lindsey announced <br />that Mr, Arrigoni would be called upon in the absence of one <br />of the regular Commissioners and would be involved in the Design <br />Review Board or Board of Adjustment as well, It was also announced <br />that he would be the liaison to the Human Services Commission <br />replacing Gregg Doherty, <br />OLD BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />PUD-79-13 and PUD-80-1, Valley Business Associates et al <br />App a.cation of Valley Business Associates and Sente Associates <br />Seven for a major modification to case PUD-79-13 and PUD-80-1 <br />pertaining to hours of operation, building setbacks and heights, <br />size of trucks, amount of office building coverage and other <br />possible changes to the zoning and development plan for Valley <br />
