MINUTES <br />PLANNING CUMM1SSlON <br />U/9/83 <br />Page 10 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Getty <br />that the negative declaration for case PUD-U3-4 be recommended for approval <br />inasmuch as project approval would have no significant impact upon the <br />environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />NUES: None <br />AuSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2279 was entered and adopted recommending approval of the <br />negative declaration prepared for case PUD-83-4. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Getty <br />that case PUD-83-4 be recommended for approval subject to the conditions <br />shown in the staff report dated March 9, 1983 adding Condition No. 9 <br />"That the final parcel map shall be recorded simultaneously with the close <br />of escrow of the 1.2 acre parcel." <br />Commissioner Doherty felt that best efforts should be made by the property <br />owners to get together as there now appears to be two plans being looked <br />at by them. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2280 was entered and adopted recommending approval of <br />case PUD-83-4 as motioned. <br />RZ-83-1, Cit of Pleasanton <br />App ication of the City of Pleasanton to prezone an approximately eight <br />acre site, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Amber <br />Lane and Mockingbird Lane, to the PUD (.Planned Unit Development)-Low Density <br />Residential District with a minimum ..30,000 sq. ft. lot size and a maximum <br />of nine (9) lots. A Negative Declaration of Environmental Impacts will <br />also be considered. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff. report recommending approval. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Nan Dohner, 582 Happy Valley Road, stated that at the City Council hearing <br />the property owner was to have City water when the whole area is annexed. <br />Mr. Harris indicated that this was discussed but that it is more proper <br />to address this matter at the subdivision stage. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />-10- <br />
