MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, March 9, 1983 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:OOpm by Chairperson Larry Lindsey. <br />The Pledge. of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Gregg Doherty, Joyce Getty, Bill Jamieson, <br />DeWitt Wilson and Chairperson Larry Lindsey. <br />Al Arrigoni, Alternate Planning Commissioner <br />was also present. <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning & <br />Community Development; Robert L. Warnick, <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br />Brian W. Swift, Assistant City Attorney; and <br />Shirley McDougall Recording Secretary <br />Council Members Present: None <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the February 9, 1983 meeting were approved as submitted. <br />The Minutes of the February 23, 1983 meeting were approved changing <br />the seventh paragraph to read "Commissioner Jamieson asked if septic <br />tanks would be used. Mr. Harris stated that this project should get <br />into the sewage system. Mr. Warnick ex~~lained that it is a general <br />requirement when you are within 250' of a connection. Mr. !Martin <br />agrees' he v~~oul d 1 i ke hi s ~1~¢~¢¢,t residence to be i ncl uded i n the sewer <br />system." <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION <br />ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA <br />No one addressed the Planning Commission. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris stated that Item 6C, GP-83-1, should be continued to 3/23/83 <br />at the advice of the City Attorney. The Commission agreed to this request. <br />-1- <br />
