PLANNING COMS~7ISSI0N <br />Page 5 <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Getty and Chairperson <br />Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty and Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2295 was entered and adopted recommending <br />approval of the mitigated negative declaration prepared for <br />PUD zoning and development plan approval for the Meadow <br />Plaza project, Case PUD-83-3. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Arrigoni, to approve the application of Meadow Plaza Associates <br />for PUD zoning and development plan approval, Case PUD-83-3, <br />subject to the conditions of the staff report; i.e, delete <br />condition 58 (renumbering remaining conditions) and add <br />conditions 61, 62 and 63. Also condition 64 should be added <br />as follows: <br />64.
