PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Page 10 <br />5/11/83 <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, j~lilson and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2301 was entered and adopted recommending <br />adoption of the draft ordinance regarding the placement of <br />second dwelling units on single family lots under sn_ecific <br />circumstances. <br />RZ-83-4, Churches in Industrial Districts, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to amend the provisions <br />of Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton with regard to churches and similar facilities and <br />their location in industrial and other zoning districts as <br />conditional uses. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report regarding this subject. <br />The public hearing was opened and there bein; no testir_lany it was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Getty, recommending that the City Council adopt the draft <br />ordinance. <br />F.OLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2302 was entered <br />adoption of the draft ordinance <br />facilities and their location in <br />districts as conditional uses. <br />and adopted recommending; <br />regarding churches and similar <br />industrial and other zoning <br />TENTATIVE MAPS <br />MS-82-4, William Yee <br />Application o 4Jilliam Yee to subdivide an anproxirnately 51 <br />acre site into four parcels, consisting of three approximately <br />five acres and one 36 acre parcel, located on the west side <br />of Foothill Road, directly across from Foothill High School. <br />Zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural) District. A <br />mitigated negative declaration of environmental impacts will <br />also be considered. <br /> <br />
