PLANPIING COMMISSIOrd <br />5/25/83 <br />Page 12 <br />Mr. Harris indicated the Fire Department would not be using the access ease- <br />ment as an emergency fire access so it is preserved mainly as <br />park access. Mr. Okamura indicated staff was evaluating damage <br />to Kottinger Park from the heavy rains and would have an <br />estimate for improvements in the near future. <br />Commissioner Doherty expressed his appreciation of the park <br />access to the Snorts Park and is in favor of neighborhood <br />access to parks. <br />It was moved by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey, to approve Tentative Tract Map 5004, subject to the <br />three conditions in the staff .report and the 30 conditions in <br />the Engineering report and deleting condition ~k31. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners - Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSEPdT : Pdone <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2308 was entered and adopted approving Tract 5004 <br />as motioned above. <br />CONLMUNICAT IONS <br />There were none. <br />RRFFRRAT.~ <br />There were none. <br />MATTERS FOR COr~'IISSION' S Ii1FORMATIOrd <br />Review of City Council Meeting of May 24, 1983. <br />There was no discussion on this item. <br />Z-83-82, City Hall Expansion <br />Mr. Harris reviewed the staff report and indicated this matter <br />was before the Commission and not the Design Review Board because <br />the property was within the Civic Overlay District. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Mike Goldsworthy, 173 Spring Street, addressed the Commission <br />to answer any questions they may have of the proposed plan.
