Harris, Director of Planning <br />and Community Development; Brian ~~1. Swift, <br />Assistant City Attorney; Bob Okamtira, <br />Assistant City Engineer; and Pegay Ezidro, <br />Temporary Recording Secretary <br />APPROVAL OF MIPIUTES <br />The Minutes of the May 11, 1983 Design P.eview Board and Planning <br />Commission meetings were approved unanimously. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AiJDIFNCE TO ADDRESS THE COT~ZISSION <br />ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE AGE''dDA <br />There were no speakers from the audience. <br />REVISIONS APdD OMISSI01`1S TO THE AGEN?~A <br />Mr. Harris indicated that <br />5a, MS-82-4, William Yee, <br />1983. Item 6a, PUD-83-9, <br />Corrie, was continued to <br />item 4b (2) , Initiation of <br />to the agenda. <br />the applicant had requested that item <br />be continued to the meeting of June 22, <br />Barnett-Pantie/Shelter Capital and Sid <br />the meeting of June 8, 1983. Finally, <br />a General Plan Amendment was to be added <br />Chairman Jamieson indicated that if there were no objections, he <br />would like to move items 7a and 7c for consideration at the end <br />of the agenda. There were no objections. <br />MATTERS I~JITIATED BY COMMISSIO'~I P•iEr~BF.RS <br />Commissioner Getty led the audience and the Commission in acknowledging <br />the good job Larry Lindsey had done as Chairman of the Planning <br />Commission and there was general applause in support. <br />
