MINUTES PLANNING COMMISSIONI Pleasanton, California City Council Chambers 200 Bernal Avenue Wednesday, July 13, 1983 8:OOpm CALL TO ORDER The Planning Commission was called to order at 8:OOpm by Chairman William Jamieson. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. R(1T.T. ('A T.T. Commissioners Present: Gregg Doherty, Joyce Getty, Larry Lindsey, DeWitt Wilson, William A. Jamieson, Chairman; and Al Arrigoni, Alternate Commissioners Absent: None Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and Community Development; R. L. Warnick, Director of Public Works and Utilities; Robert Okamura, Assistant City Engineer; Brian W. Swift, Assistant City Attorney; and Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary City Council Members: None APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Minutes of the June 22, 1983 were deferred to July 27, 1983 for approval to allow review of the tape concerning Newspaper Dispenser discussion. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA No one addressed this issue. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGEIQDA Mr. Harris reported that the proponents in case PUD-83-10/12 requested their application be continued to August 10, 1983. Commissioner Doherty made a motion that this matter be continued to September 14, 1983, 8:OOpm, City Council Chambers as he plans to be absent August 10, 1983 and desires to participate in recommendations from the Planning Commission to the City Council on this matter. The motion was seconded and carried. Case PUD-83-10/12 was continued to September 14, 1983.
