MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, October 26, 1983 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The October 26, 1983 Planning Commission was called to order <br />at 8:OOpm by Chairman William Jamieson. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />unr r rnr r <br />Commissioners Present: Gregg Doherty, Joyce Getty, <br />Larry Lindsey,DeWitt Wilson and <br />Chairman Bill Jamieson. Al Arrigoni <br />was also present. <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning <br />and Community Development; Robert <br />L. Warnick, Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities; Robert Okamura, Assistant <br />City Engineer; Brian Swift, Assistant <br />City Attorney and Shirley McDougall, <br />Secretary. There were several other <br />staff members present in the audience <br />as observers. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes o the October 12 <br />Review Board were approved as <br />Planning Commission and Design <br />submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE. COMMISSION <br />ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA <br />There were none. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris announced the following continuances should be <br />made: 5a, PUD-83-17 to 12/14/83 for a traffic study; 5c, PUD-83-16 <br />to 12/14/83 also for a traffic study; 5b GP-83-8 to 11/9/83 <br />at the request of the property owner;6c, GP-83-12 to 11/9/83 <br />at the request of the property owner; 6g, RZ-83-8 to 11/(/83. <br />The Commission agreed to these requests. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Lindsey suggested, because of the length of the <br />time involved with cases PUD-81-30 and GP-83-1 that the agenda <br />be rearranged to put these two cases last. Commissioner Doherty <br />and Commissioner Wilson indicated that they had no problem <br />in rearranging the agenda. <br />Chairman Jamieson then announced Item 5b would be first. <br />...
