MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Bernal Avenue <br />Monday, November 21, 1983 <br />4:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of November 21, 1983 was <br />called to order at 4:OOpm by Chairman Bill Jamieson. <br />Rnr r per r <br />Commissioners Present: Al Arrigoni,Gregg Doherty, Joyce <br />Getty, Larry Lindsey and Chairman <br />Bill Jamieson <br />Commissioner Absent: <br />Staff Members Present <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />DeWitt C. Wilson (out-of-town) <br />Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning <br />and Community Development; Robert <br />L. Warnick, Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities; Robert Okamura, Assistant <br />City Engineer; Pete MacDonald, City <br />Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Assistant <br />City Attorney; Dolores Bengtson, <br />Director of Recreation and Human <br />Services; and Shirley McDougall, <br />Recording Secretary. There were <br />other staff members in the audience <br />at various times during the meeting. <br />There were no Minutes submitted for review and approval. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />There were none. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Lindsey announced that he would not participate in <br />Item(5)a relating to discussion with the Park and Recreation <br />Commission concerning parks in the downtown area because <br />of a possible conflict of interest. <br />-1- <br />
