Firefighter Halvorson has acted as liason between the architect <br />and staff. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey that <br />case PUD-81-22-1D, City of Pleasanton, be recommended for approval subject <br />to the conditions shown on the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman <br />Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2405 was entered and adopted recommending approval of case PUD-81-22-1D <br />as motioned. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />Mr. Harris reported that the City Council approved a development agreement <br />for Prudential Insurance Company and the City of Pleasanton as well as Callahan-Pentz <br />and the City of Pleasanton.
