MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, December 14, 1983 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 9:OOpm by Chairman Bill Jamieson. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Gregg Doherty, Joyce Getty, Larry Lindsey, DeWitt <br />Wilson and Chairman Bill Jamieson <br />Commissioners Absent: None (Al Arrigoni was also present) <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Robert L. Warnick, Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities; Robert Okamura, Assistant <br />City Engineer; Brian W. Swift, Assistant City Attorney <br />and Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the 11/28/83 meeting were approved as submitted. Chairman Jamieson <br />asked the status of his request concerning parking on the 1.6 acre site located immediately <br />west of the residences on Longspur. Mr. Harris stated that it is being researched. <br />The Minutes of the 11/21/83 meeting were also approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION <br />ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA <br />No one addressed this issue. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris reported that Item 5b, PUD-83-21, should be continued to 1/11/84; 5c, <br />PUD-83-16, Val West should be continued to 1/11/84 for a traffic study; 5d, PUD-83-17 <br />should be continued to 1/11/84 should be continued to 1/11/84 for the same reason. <br />A traffic study is also being request for case PUD-83-25 and this matter should <br />also be continued to 1/11/84. The Commission agreed to these continuances. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />There wre none. <br />OLD BUSINESS -Public Hearinigs <br />Chairman Jamieson announced that GP-83-10 would be put on the bottom of the <br />agenda because there would probably not be any public input. <br />-1- <br />.....,. ~ _. _ _ ,r <br />
