MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, December 12, 1984 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of December 12, 1984 was called <br />to order at 8:20pm by Chairman Gregg Doherty. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Wilson. <br />unr.r. rnr r <br />Commissioner Present: <br />Commissioner Absent: <br />Joyce Getty, John Innes, Larry <br />Lindsey, Kaye Wellman, DeWitt C. <br />Wilson and Chairman Doherty <br />None <br />Staff Members Present: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Robert J. Harris, Director of <br />Planning and Community Development; <br />and Ronald Gee, Assistant Planner; <br />Robert L. Warnick, Director of <br />Public Works and Utilities; Robert <br />Okamura, Assistant City Engineer; <br />Brian W. Swift, Assistant City <br />Attorney; and Shirley McDougall, <br />Recording Secretary <br />The Minutes of the November 14 and November 28, 1984 meetings <br />were approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />r~rvivtivu I:VP'll°115~1V1y VN [ANY 1'1'ra~l WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris asked that Item 5a be continued to 1/23/85 at the <br />request of the applicant, that 5d be continued to 1/9/85 and that <br />6f be withdrawn as the staff is working on putting conditions <br />relating to fences in single-family residential neighborhoods on <br />tentative map approvals.
