Minutes
Planning Commissio:
11/28/84
Commissioner Wilson didn't think that the resolution of Stanley
Boulevard/Del Valle Parkway could be dealt with immediately.
There aren't enough east/west streets in the City now.
Commissioner Wilson didn't feel that the City should include
other people in the general plan amendment who do not want to
join it. If this plan was approved, sidewalks would have to be
installed where people do not want them.
Commissioner Lindsey felt that the entire north side of Stanley
Boulevard should be looked at for a general plan change. The
area includes the area between the Mobil Station on Main Street
to Joe Madden's commercial property on the eastern end. The
other Commissioners concurred.
After further discussion the Commission indicated they did not
wish to consider a new east/west street between Main Street and
STanley through the residential units on the north side.
This matter was then continued to 12/12/84.
PUD-84-19, Guasco
Application of Richard Guasco et al to rezone the
approximately one acre site located at 3932 Old Santa Rita Road
from the C-S (Commercial Service) District to the PUD (Planned
Unit Development)-Commercial Service) District or to any other
zoning district consistent with the General Plan. A negative
declaration of environmental impacts will also be considered.
This matter was continued to 12/12/84.
PUD-84-20, Puri
Application of Hari Puri for development plan approval for a six
parcel single-family residential development on an approximately
4.1 acre site located at 3885 Foothill Road. Zoning for the
property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density
Residential District. A negative declaration of
environmental impacts will also be considered.
This matter was continued indefinitely for a geological study.
MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW
There was none.
TENTATIVE MAPS
There was none.
COMMUNICATIONS
Mr. Harris reported that Council will be apointing an 11 member
sterring committee to review the resdiential sectors of the
Genereal Plan.
- 13 -
...._. _.... _. _. __ ..... _.-...._..Y..f.._. ....._... .. ...._._.._.... _.. ~. _.. _.f_ ... _. .. ... _. _-_... _.-rr
