Minutes <br />Planning Commission <br />11/14/84 <br />Revised CC&Rs and Desi n Guidelines for Hacienda Business Park <br />resented the staff report indicating that staff is of <br />Mr. Harris p <br />the opinion the changes are non-substantial in na ure. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />re resented the Hacienda owners Association, and <br />Eric Wong, Esq., P es ro osed. He explained that <br />urged concurrence with the Chang p arcel not previously <br />the changes would allow a hotel on a p <br />approved for a hotel. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />A motion was made by <br />Lindsey that the Revised CC&Rsb atheDCitynstaffebenrecommededlfora <br />Business Park as recommended y <br />approval. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />Commissioner Getty, Innes, Lindsey, <br />AYES: Wellman and Chairman Doherty <br />None <br />NOES: Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSENT: none <br />ABSTAIN: <br />Resolution No. 2562 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the revised CC&RS and Design Guidelines for Hacienda Business <br />Park as motioned. <br />PUD-84-16, Savco Construction for PUD (Planned Unit <br />Application of Savco Construction Company royal to construct a <br />Development) zoning and development plan aPP roximately 2.5 <br />two-story, 40 unit apartment complex on the aPP north of <br />acre parcel located on the east side of MonacZoDinVefor the <br />the offices located at 44-90 Mission Drive•Commercial and offices <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />District.
