Minutes <br />Planning COmm1SSl~ <br />10/24/84 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lindsey that case PUD-84-11 be recommended for approval subject <br />to the conditions of the staff report amending condition No. 3 to <br />permit the applicant and/or property owner to remove the large <br />tree along the western property line of the subject property. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />Commissioners Getty, <br />Chairman Doherty <br />Commissioner Wilson <br />Commissioner Innes <br />None <br />Lindsey, Wellman and <br />Resolution No. 2553 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case PUD-84-11 as motioned. <br />RZ-84-22, City Council <br />Application of the City Council to rezone an approximately 10,000 <br />sq. ft. site from R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District <br />to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial District or to <br />any other district consistent with the General Plan. The <br />property is located at 1734 Santa Rita Road. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending the rezoning <br />change as requested. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Mrs. Ostle, 3832 Foothill Road, asked the COMMISSION to recommend <br />approval of the rezoning request for her property. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Wellman that the property located at 1734 Santa Rita <br />Road be rezoned to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial <br />District. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES• Commissioner Getty, Lindsey and Wellman <br />NOES• Commissioner Wilson and Chairman Doherty <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Innes <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2554 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of case RZ-84-22 as motioned. <br />PUD-81-29,4M Allan and Suzanne Cofer et al <br />Appeal of Allan and Suzanne Cofer et al for modification of the <br />Amador Meadows planned unit development to allow reduced yard <br />setbacks for fence construction to maintain existing fences on <br />various lots within the Amador Meadows development located <br />northeast of Rheem Drive between Oakland Avenue and Kamp Drive. <br />- 7 - <br />,~ <br />
