Swift, Assistant City <br />Attorney; and Shirley McDougall, <br />Recording Secretary <br />The Design Review Board Minutes of 9/26/84 were approved as <br />submitted. The Planning Commission Minutes of 9/1/84 were also <br />approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris requested that Item 5a, PUD-79-11-4M be continued to <br />10/14/84 because the staff had a meetilantandyit1hasCnot beenour <br />and they have prepared a preliminary p <br />discussed with the property owners yet.
