MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />7/11/84 <br />Page 15 <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Innes that a <br />draft ordinance be prepared governing accessory structures in residential devleopments. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Innes, and Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: Commissioner Wellman <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Lindsey and Chairman Doherty <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2501 was entered and adopted recommending approval of case RZ-84-9 <br />as motioned. <br />UP-84-29, Ponderosa Homes <br />Application of Ponderosa Homes for a conditional use permit for a model home complex <br />and sales office and related facilities on six lots at the intersection of the <br />proposed extension of Hansen Drive and Paseo Santa Cruz. Zoning for the property <br />is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium density Residential District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of case UP-84-29. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Chuck Pinkerton, Ponderosa Homes, indicated he was happy to answer any questions <br />and concurred with the recommendations in the staff report. <br />Vice Chairman Wilson asked if a haul route has been established or are there still <br />problems. Mr. Pinkerton indicated he had met with Mr. Curtis one of the concerned <br />neighbors and ha s_ found an alternate route which satisfies everyone. <br />Vice Chairman Wilson asked if other developers were involved in this matter also. <br />Mr. Pinkerton indicated that they are. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Innes that case <br />UP-84-29 be approved subject to the conditions shown in the staff report as all <br />findings shown on that report are made. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Innes, Wellman and Vice Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: CommissionerLindsey and Chairman Doherty <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2502 was entered and adopted approving case UP-84-29 as motioned. <br /> <br />
