The property is zoned PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development)-R-1-6500 District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval and asked that Condition <br />No. 5 of the staff report be deleted. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Ann Challice, Ditz Crane, concurred with the staff report indicating she was merely <br />going to request deletion of Condition No. 5 and Mr. Harris has already done so. <br />She was happy to answer any questions of the Commission. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by CommissionerWellman that the <br />three findings as shown on the staff report are made and that case UP-84-16 be <br />approved subject to the conditions shown in staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Getty, Innes, Wellman and Vice Chiarman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Lindsey and Chairman Doherty <br />Resolution No. 2500 was entered and adopted approving Case UP-84-16 as motioned. <br />
