MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, July 11, 1984 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of July 11, 1984 was called to order at 8:OOpm <br />by Vice Chairman DeWitt Wilson. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Joyce Getty, John Innes, Kaye Wellman and Vice <br />Chairman DeWitt Wilson <br />Commissioners Absent: Larry Lindsey and Gregg Doherty (both were out of <br />town) <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Robert L. Warnick, Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities; Robert Okamura, Assistant City <br />Engineer; Brian W. Swift, Assistant City Attorney; <br />and Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of 6/13/84 were approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION ON ANY <br />ITEM WHICH NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris announced that case Z-84-152 should be added inasmuch as it was <br />continued from the Design Review Board earlier in the evening; TractP52293should <br />should be continued. to 8/8/84 at the request of the applicant, work <br />be continued to 8/8/84 at the request of Crocker Homes so that they may <br />with the staff on recommended conditions. Commissioner Getty pointed out that <br />Tract Map 5229 does not include the emergency access requested by Council. <br />Mr. Harris indicated it was left out because it had to be decided how the project <br />would be funded and if they put it on they felt they would be agreeing to pay <br />for the entire thing. Commissioner Getty asked why Hacienda Business Park <br />was involved in partial funding of this. Mr. Harris stated they just got caught <br />up in the matter.
