MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, June 27, 1984 <br />4:30pm <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Special Planning Commission of June 27, 1984 was called to order at 4:30pm by Chairman <br />Gregg Doherty. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />Roll Call <br />Commissioners Present: John Inner, DeWitt Wilson and Gregg Doherty Chairman <br />Commissioners Absent: Joyce Getty, Larry Lindsey and Kaye Wellman <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and Community Development; <br />Robert Okamura ,Assistant City Engineer; Brian W. Swift, <br />Assistant City Attorney; and Shirley McDougall, Recording <br />Secretary <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />No Minutes were submitted for approval. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION <br />ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris reported that there are no changes. <br />Chairman Doherty announced that Items 6b and c would be heard before Item 6a inasmuch <br />as they are matters which should take the least amount of time and there are many people <br />in the audience to hear Item 6a. <br />Chairman Doherty indicated that the Planning Commission members would act on behalf <br />of the Design Review Board for Items 6b and c. <br />Z-84-160, Clorox <br />Application of Clorox for the addition of a temporary office to be located at their existing <br />facility at 7200 Johnson Drive. The property is zoned I-G-40 (General Industrial) District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of the temporary office proposed. <br />-1- <br />... _ , - _ _ _..r <br />
