MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, June 13, 1984 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of June 13, 1984 was called to order at 9:15pm <br />by Chairman Gregg Doherty. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />Rl1T.T. f'AT.T.. <br />Commissioners Present: Joyce Getty, John Innes, Larry Lindsey, DeWitt <br />Wilson and Chairman Gregg Doherty <br />Alternate Commissioner Kaye Wellman was also present. <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Robert L. Warnick, Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities; Brian W. Swift, Assistant <br />City Attorney; Tom Passanisi, Planning Analyst; <br />and Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Planning Commission Minutes of May 9 and 18, 1984 were approved as submitted. <br />Also the Board of Adjustment Minutes of May 9, 1984 were also approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION ON ANY <br />ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA <br />Frank Belecky, 892 Madeira Drive, asked about the status of the bike path on <br />Vineyard Avenue. Mr. Warnick reported that some PG&E poles have to be relocated <br />and easements need to be signed. The project should be completed sometime <br />next month. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris asked that UP-84-24 be continued to 7/11/84 for redesign of their <br />proposed changes to the facilities. The Commission granted this request. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Commissioner Lindsey inquired about the soundwall proposed for Valley Avenue <br />concerning its status. Mr. Warnick reported that his staff is checking the <br />plans and City Council should probably have them in two to four weeks and construction <br />can start shortly thereafter. <br />-1- <br /> <br />
