MINUTES <br />SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Friday, May 18, 1984 <br />3:30pm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Special Planning Commission meeting of May 18, 1984 was called to order at <br />3:30pm by Chairman Gregg Doherty. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: Joyce Getty, Larry Lindsey, DeWitt Wilson and Chairman <br />Gregg Doherty <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Robert L. Warnick, Director of Public <br />Works and Utilities; Brian W. Swift, Assistant City <br />Attorney; and Shirley McDougall, Recording Secretary <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION <br />ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />There were none. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />Chairman Doherty made the following appointments: Joyce Getty, Chairman to <br />the Design Review Board with DeWitt Wilson as a member; Larry Lindsey Chairman <br />of the Board of Adjustment with Gregg Doherty a member. When the new Planning <br />Commissioner and alternate are assigned by the Council, each will be asked to serve <br />on each of these two Boards for six months and then alternate positions at the end <br />of that time. <br />OLD BUSINESS -Public Hearings <br />There was none. <br />NEW BUSINESS -Public Hearings <br />PUD-81-30-12 D, Callahan Pentz <br />Application of Callahan Pentz Properties, Pleasanton for development plan approval <br />of an approximately 47,000 sq. ft. office building and related facilities on an approximately <br />3.5 acre site located in the vicinity of 5669 Gibraltar Drive (south) (the AT&T site). <br />Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial, Commercial <br />and Offices District. <br />
