A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey that case PUD-82-18-4D be recommended for approval subject to the conditions shown in the staff report modifying Condition No. 6 so that the applicant can workwith the City staff concerning the PSE as discussed at this meeting. PUD-82-18-5D, Ashwill Hawkins Application of Ashwill Hawkins and Partners, Inc. for design review approval of an approximately 13,800 sq. ft. building and related facilities on an approximately 0.86 acre site at 2158 Rheem Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial District. A negative declaration of environmental impacts will also be considered. Mr. Glenn presented the staff report recommending approval of this application. The public hearing was opened. The applicant was in the audience and indicated he had no comments. The public hearing was closed. A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey that the negative declaration for casePUD-82-18-5D be recommended for approval inasmuch as approval of this project will have no significant adverse effect on the environment.
