MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISISON <br />April 11, 1984 <br />Page 6 <br />RZ-84-5, City of Pleasanton <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to rezone an approximately 1.2 acre <br />site located at 123 and 125 Ray Street from the RM-1500 (M ulti-family <br />Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density <br />Residential District or to any other zoning district consistent with the <br />General Plan. A n egative declaration of environmental impacts will also <br />be considered. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of the PUD-Medium <br />Density Residential zoning district. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Wilson <br />that the negative declaration prepared for case RZ-84-5 be recommended <br />for approval inasmuch as approval of the application would have no significant <br />adverse impact on the environment. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2452 was entered and adopted recommending approval of the <br />negative declaration prepared for case RZ-84-5. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Doherty, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey <br />that case RZ-84-5 be recommended for approval subject to the staff report <br />dated 4/11/84. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No.2453 was entered and adopted recommending approval of case <br />RZ-84-5 as motioned. <br />-6- <br /> <br />
