MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, April 11, 1984 <br />8:OOpm <br />The Planning Commission meeting of April 11, 1984 was called to order <br />at 8:07pm by Chairman Bill Jamieson. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Commissioners Present: <br />Commissioners Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Gregg Doherty, Joyce Getty, Larry Lindsey, <br />DeWitt Wilson and Bill Jamieson, Chairman <br />None <br />Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and <br />Community Development; Robert L. Warnick, Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities, Peter D. MacDonald, <br />City Attorney, Dolores Bengtson, Director of <br />Recreation and Human Resources; Robert Okamura, <br />Assistant City Engineer; and Shirley McDougall <br />Recording Secretary <br />The Minutes of 3/28/84 were approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION <br />ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr Harris requested that UP-84-5 be continued to 4/25/84 at the request <br />of the applicant; PUD-84-2 be continued to 4/25/84 as their proposed conditions <br />are still being reviewed. He announced that the Design Review Board has <br />requested that the color of the paint proposed for 4321 First Street be <br />reviewed by the full Commission as opposed to a three member Design Review <br />Board and that this be the first item heard on the Planning Commission <br />Agenda. The Commissioners concurred with these proposals. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />There was none. <br />OLD BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />-1- <br /> <br />
