Page 12 <br />Planning Commission <br />3/28/84 <br />Commissioner Wilson asked about the intersection of Hopyard and Valley Avenue <br />when the bridge is completed. Mr. Swift stated that about the year 2005 <br />it will be LOS D. <br />It was unanimously decided that Chandler Lee should look at LOS D for residential <br />areas when he reviews other areas for the general plan update. <br />Chairman Jamieson asked about the Big 0 Tire appeal.
