RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE "EVERYI HOME" ALAMEDA COUNTYWIDE <br />HOMELESS AND SPECIAL NEEDS HOUSING PLAN <br />WHEREAS, chronic homelessness is amulti-dimensional problem that goes beyond the <br />City's borders and any one service system; and <br />WHEREAS, the Every1 Home Plan provides an opportunity to work more closely with our <br />community and regional partners, to participate in a national model and countywide strategies to <br />end homelessness, and to coordinate and leverage resources; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 1, 2007, the City Council reviewed the report of the <br />Assistant City Manager regarding the proposed endorsement of the Everyi Home Alameda <br />Countywide Homeless and Special Needs Housing Plan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. Council endorses the Every1 Home Alameda Countywide Homeless and <br />Special Needs Housing Plan. <br />SECTION 2.
