NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER <br />THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. Denies the appeal, Case PAP-105, thereby upholding but modifying <br />the Planning Commission's approval of Case PCUP-155/PDR-513, the application of <br />Trinity Lutheran Church for a conditional use permit and design review for Trinity Lutheran <br />Church, located at 1225 Hopyard Road, subject to the conditions of approval set forth in <br />the attached Exhibit B, and consisting of the replacement of the existing temporary <br />modular buildings with an approximately 8,100-square-foot one-story education building to <br />the east of the existing Church facility; the construction of an approximately <br />3,108-square-foot multipurpose room addition to be attached to the south of the existing <br />Church facility, fronting Hopyard Road; the reallocation of the parking spaces for the <br />existing Del Valle Parkway parking lot; and on-site landscaping removal and replanting. <br />SECTION 2. Staff is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />appellant and the applicant, along with a letter informing each that each has ninety days <br />from the date that the City Council adopted the resolution to file a legal action. <br />SECTION 3.
