<br />Boulevard at Reflections Drive drops to LOS E and would require a second <br />northbound left turn lane. <br /> <br />In summary, when comparing each of the four land use plans without Stoneridge Drive <br />extension, the volume and delay characteristics were very similar. Variations existed at <br />a few intersections, but overall the same circulation system mitigations are necessary <br />for all the land use plans. <br /> <br />The same holds true when comparing the four land use plans with Stoneridge Drive <br />extension. Minor variations exist at a few intersections but overall the necessary <br />circulation system mitigations are similar for all the land use plans. The reason there <br />are few differences in traffic impacts for the land use plans is because the plans <br />generate very similar numbers of trips. With each of the land uses, improvements in delay are <br />common when the Stoneridge Drive extension is included in the circulation network. <br />Although the data does not show that the Stoneridge Drive extension improves the level <br />of service for a large number of critical intersections, it does decrease delay in several <br />locations, and in some cases reduces the level of improvements needed for mitigation <br />to an acceptable level of service. <br /> <br />Comparison of Volumes and Traffic Flow <br />Given the similarities of the traffic impacts for the three land use scenarios, staff decided <br />to provide the graphic analysis of volumes and traffic flow for the extension of <br />Stoneridge Drive using the Consensus Preferred Land Use Plan only. Citywide traffic <br />volumes are shown in map form in Attachments 9 through 12 for a.m. and p.m. peak <br />hours both without and with the Stoneridge Drive extension.
