Campbell, Willsey and Ham represented the applicant. He has been
authorized to state that the applicant is willing to accept the conditions
as amended by staff. They would like to go on record as stating that while
they agree with the conditions they did not feel they should have the burden
of the cost of the Bernal Avenue extension as it really is for general purposes.
Commissioner Wilson referred to Condition No. 3 on Utah and asked if the developer
would have to give up lot No. 23. Mr. Campbell said that only the width of
the street is being reserved.
The public hearing was closed.
Commissioner Lindsey said this is a good project and could support it.
A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey
that the mitigated negative declaration prepared for case PUD-83-25 be recommended
for approval inasmuch as conditions of project approval would reduce any
significant adverse impacts to an insignificant level.
ROLL CALL VOTE
AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman
Jamieson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
Resolution No. 2437 was entered and adopted recommending approval of the mitigated
negative declaration prepared for case PUD-83-25.
A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Doherty
that case PUD-83-25 be recommended for approval subject to the conditions
of the Staff Report.
ROLL CALL VOTE
AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman
Jamieson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
Resolution No. 2438 was entered and adopted recommending approval of case
PUD-83-25 as motioned.
......__..._..__,,_..~....,..... .. _.. __ _. _...._....._ ._,.._ ....... .... .. ___.._. ..
