MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Page 8 <br />Commissioner Getty indicated she voted 'no' because she didn't believe this <br />project would have a significant impact on the area contrary to her vote on <br />the negative declaration. <br />Commissioner Wilson who represents Brentwood Holding Company asked that the <br />Planning Commisiion continue GP-84-2, application of Brentwood Holding Company <br />to the March 28, 1984 meeting. The Commissioner concurred. <br />Chairman Jamieson then announced that PUD-84-1, Clifford, Preston, would be <br />heard next inasmuch as it is not a new item. <br />PUD-84-1, Clifford Preston <br />Application of Clifford Preston for rezoning and development plan approval <br />for a nine unit townhouse complex on an approximately .5 acre site, located <br />at the northeast corner of the intersection of Mission Drive and Dolores Drive. <br />Zoning for the property is RM-25 (Multi-family Residential) District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval of this project. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Ron Archer, Civil Engineer, 699 Peters Avenue, represented Mr. Preston. He <br />indicated that they are in accord with the conditions imposed on the staff <br />report. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Chairman Jamieson explained to the audience that this same application was <br />considered and approved in the form of straight zoning in February and that <br />the Commission is totally familiar with it. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Lindsey, seconded by Commissioner Getty <br />that case PUD-84-1 be recommended for approval subject to the conditions shown <br />in the staff report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2436 was entered and adopted recommending approval of case <br />PUD-84-1 as motioned. <br />PUD-83-25, Stanley Commercial Park <br />Application of Frank Auf der Maur for PUD (Planned Unit Development)-development <br />plan approval of an approximately 38 acre commercial business park consisting <br />of 32 commercial lots ranging in size from 0.5 to over 1.0 acre in size and <br />related facilities to be located at the eastern terminus of the Del Valle <br />Parkway - southeast of the intersection of Washington Street and Stanley Boulevard. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Commercial Service <br />District.
