MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />February 8, 1984 <br />Page 3 <br />NEW BUSINESS -Public Hearings <br />Tentative Tract 5259, Richard Parejo <br />Application of Richard Parejo for tentative approval to subdivide approximately eight acres <br />into nine lots ranging in size from approximately 30,000 to 75,000 sq. ft. located at the southeast <br />corner of Amber and Mockingbird Lanes. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Low Density Residential District. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval. <br />Commissioner Getty asked about the street names. Mr. Harris stated that the development <br />only has one street. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Richard Parejo, 6452 Amber Lane, agreed with the conditions shown in the staff report and <br />urged approval of his application. He stated his development is in conformance with the <br />PUD approved for the property. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Getty, seconded by Commissioner Doherty that Tract <br />5259 be approved subject to the conditions shown in the staff report as the proposed map <br />is in conformance with the General Plan and zoning for the site. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey.Wilson and <br /> Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2426 was entered and adopted approving Tentative Tract 5259 as motioned. <br />UP-83-54, Pleasanton Foursquare Church <br />Application of Zion Fellowship for a conditional use permit to operate a church meeting facility <br />and administrative offices at 1220 Quarry Lane. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development)-Industrial District. A negative declaration of environmental impacts <br />will also be considered. <br />Mr. Harris presented the staff report recommending approval. He indicated that the church <br />should have a five year conditional use permit inasmuch as their lease covers a period of <br />five years. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Mark Warmedan, 3134 Catawaba Court, concurred with the staff report and urged Planning <br />Commission approval. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Wilson, seconded by Commissioner Getty that the negative <br />declaration prepared for case UP-83-54 be approved as approval of the use would have <br />-3- <br />r _ _ _.... _ _ _. _ r <br />
