MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />City Council Chambers <br />200 Bernal Avenue <br />Wednesday, January 11, 1984 <br />8:OOpm <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission meeting of January 11, 1984 was called to order by Acting <br />Chairman DeWitt Wilson at 8:15pm. <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was recited. <br />RC1T.T. C':AT.T. <br />Commissioners Present: Joyce Getty, Larry Lindsey and DeWitt Wilson, Acting Chairman <br />Commissioners Absent: Gregg Doherty, Al Arrigoni, Bill Jamieson (out-of-town) <br />Staff Members Present: Robert J. Harris, Director of Planning and Community Devleopment; <br />Robert L. Warnick, Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br />Robert Okamura, Assistant City Engineer; Brian W. Swift, <br />Assistant City Attorney; and Shirley McDougall, Recording <br />Secretary <br />~,PPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Minutes of the 12/14/83 meeting were approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION <br />ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREAY ON THE AGENDA <br />No one addressed this item. <br />REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Harris aasked that the following items be continued to 1/25/84: 5a, Val West, <br />5b, Vorelco/Dividend, 5c, Stanley Commercial Park, 5d, Amador Associates, 6c, Roy <br />and Lucy Bettenhausen etal and 6d, City of Pleasanton. Commissioner Getty asked <br />about 6d with regard to Pleasant Park (Reynolds & Brown). Mr. Harris explained that <br />this was initiated by the City as were others to make Level of Traffic conditions the <br />same for Meyer, Reynolds and Brown, Daon and Hacienda Business Parks and that Reynolds <br />and Brown have requested additional time to study the matter. <br />The Commission then agreed to the above continuances. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />There were none. <br />OLD BUSINESS -Public Hearings <br />-1- <br />. r,,._. .. ...._. _~..... _. .. ..... .. ...._. _. _..~,. ... <br />
