Minutes <br />Planning Commissic <br />November 13, 1985 <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Innes, Lindsey, Wellman <br />and Chairman Wilson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. 2727 was entered and adopted recommending approval <br />of the negative declaration as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Innes, seconded by Commissioner <br />Wellman recommending approval of Case PUD-85-2-2D subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report but modifying the eastern <br />elevation of the Hyundai building to include additional <br />architectural features to enhance the appearance of this <br />elevation. The Clerk will obtain dates from the City of <br />Tracy. <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />December Calendar <br />Chairman Wilson announced there will be one meeting held in <br />December and it will be scheduled for December 11, 1985. <br />RF.FF.RRAT.G <br />There were none <br />MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S INFORMATION <br />City Council Actions on Planning Commission Cases 11/5/85. <br />Mr. Swift announced that Church of Divine Man was appealed and <br />will be scheduled to go before City Council November 19, 1985. <br />- 11 - <br /> <br />
